Employers continue to transfer more financial responsibility of healthcare costs to employees and the COVID-19 has demonstrated that employees of color may experience disparities in care.  

Giving them tools and resources to better manage their health and healthcare could improve their experience and lower cost. 

Our process is based on the application of strategic management and adult active learning principles.

Content is supported by experience and research on best practices for transferring healthcare consumer development skills to diverse employees

Data collection and analysis of outcomes is done in a reliable and valid manner.

Training is offered to employees on a voluntary basis and resources are updated frequently to enhance skills
